We are a family-run business based in Graz, with many years of experience in the housing and rental sector. From this experience grew the desire to create living spaces that offer more than just a functional place to stay.
With Frant Living, we combine our expertise in real estate with a clear focus on quality and design.
story
How it all began
Before Frant Living was established, our focus was on traditional long-term rentals. Our apartments were equipped with a kitchen, but otherwise intentionally left unfurnished – functional spaces that allowed for individual design.
Over time, however, the desire grew to create spaces that offer more than just functionality. Inspired by our own travel experiences and a passion for interior design, the idea emerged to design living spaces that combine atmosphere, style and comfort.
In autumn 2025, four apartments were newly developed from the ground up. In addition, another apartment in a central location was integrated into the concept.
